Aurellia was happy that Dragonia so graciously took time out of her busy schedule of fire breathing mayhem to join her for a tea party. Dragonia was thankful for the invitation and even helped out by heating up the water for tea.
This drawing was a lot of fun to do. It's really an experiment, I wrote a synopsis years ago for a children's book entitled Aurellia and the Dragon. Dragonia is Aurellia's imaginery friend from fairytale land. This is the first in the series of drawings. They may change over the course of the series as I gain more experience in conceptual development. In the meantime, enjoy, and have some tea, won't you?
