Eiffel

Hello all and good Monday! Hope everyone had a wonderfully creative weekend, or maybe you rested. Whatever you did I hope you enjoyed it. Well, I'm home for the summer from my job and have already started to work on some long neglected projects. One thing I promised myself that I would do was to draw SOMETHING every day. I started this project on Saturday and finished it this morning. This is my rendition of the Eiffel Tower in France. I'm using it as part of a new banner I'm designing for POSITIVELY LOVELY! I want the banner to have a sort of Parisian feel to it so what better way to convey that than with a staple such as the monumental Eiffel Tower?

Hope you all like it. What do you think?

  2. Great drawing, you got it exactly. I visited the Eiffel Tower but didn't go inside. (hubby doesn't like hights) I love Paris and wish to live there some day.

  7. CHERYL LYNN!!!! Hello, hello, hello!!!!! Oh, I am GLAD you have internet again! Look at all these fantastic summer pieces I've missed! This Eiffel tower is GRAND! It's GORGEOUS! I am very, very, VERY impressed at all the detail in the lattice work. Love it!

And Superhero boy is a pure charmer, hehehehehe. He had me giggling, and all his little friends, too. Adorable!

But your veiled woman -- now SHE is chic. Don't you wish veils were back in style? Brings such an air of mystery...demure....ah, so classic.

And your stargazers are as lovely as moonbeams. They look completely relaxed, lost in their space fantasies. Wonderful!

So good to see you again, my sweet friend. Awwww, thank you for your visits and your SUPER generous comments! Wow! You sure made my day. :) I love you, too! Can't wait to see more art from you!
